Your Moments

Remembered clients come back. Build the birthday and anniversary touches that fire on their own.

How to use this: a touch on a day that matters to them makes a client feel remembered all year. Capture the dates once, automate the timing, keep the words warm. The advisor who remembers your birthday is the one you never leave.

1 · The dates

birthday + trip travel dates, into Tern notes
"Is this trip landing near your birthday?" or "When's your birthday? I like to remember the people I work with."
Schedule it in advance. Michael Schumacher pre-scheduled his birthday and Christmas cards every year, so dedicated that the cards still arrived the year after his accident. Put your touches in the system now, so they land even when life gets busy.

2 · Your birthday message

Happy birthday, [name]! Hope this year takes you somewhere wonderful.

3 · Your anniversary message

Can you believe it's been a year since Tuscany? Where are we dreaming about next?

Put your Second Mate to work

Two prompts to try now. The full set is in the library, How to Prompt Your Second Mate. Swap the [brackets] for your details.
Write my touchpoint messages
Write two warm, personal messages in my voice [VOICE]: a birthday note, and a trip-anniversary note that gently folds in a 'where to next' without being a hard pitch. The client and trip: [DETAIL].
Plan my touchpoint system
Help me set up an anniversary and birthday touchpoint system in my CRM: what to capture, when each message fires, and how to keep them feeling personal, not automated.
