Your Partners

Three businesses that already have your audience, and the pitch that gets a yes.

How to use this: somewhere nearby is a business with exactly your audience and no competing offer. Find three, pick one, and bring the right offer at the right moment with a pitch that's all about their win. Co-market cleanly, and feed both lists.

1 · Three potential partners

Your audience is their audience, but their offer doesn't compete with yours. Wedding planner → honeymoons. Yoga studio → wellness retreats. Venue → host. Wine shop, bookstore, financial advisor, country club, photographer.

2 · Your top pick: the win for their audience

"a honeymoon-planning session for couples, offered right when they book the wedding"

3 · Your pitch (make it easy to say yes)

Don't pitch what you want. Pitch what they and their audience get. You're handing them something good for their people.
be specific and concrete, make it a clear win on their side

4 · Co-market cleanly, feed both lists

co-host an event, swap a newsletter feature, cross-promote, you stay the travel expert, they stay them
a shared sign-up, a giveaway entry, a guide both of you send
