Decisions locked (from the whiteboard)

The spine — beat order

A whole room of pros uses the most powerful tool of our lifetime to rewrite emails. That's the tip of the iceberg. A real Second Mate builds you apps, guards your time, and protects your capture habit, so you stay the pilot and finally get to turn it off.

The anchor diagram — the iceberg

You're scratching the surface. WHAT AI CAN REALLY DO Rewrite an email what the whole room uses Build custom apps (your Peace Number Calculator) Triage every email: “is it worth my time?” Remind you to capture when you post Plan and repurpose your content Research any destination Handle the busywork, the long flights Most advisors use the tip. Your Second Mate is everything below.

Rewriting an email is the tip. A real Second Mate is the whole mountain underneath.

The teaching script — Robert's voice

1 · the conference

I just rewrite my emails

Cold open. Stacy's real observation, kept general.

Stacy was at a travel advisor conference recently. Smart people, serious people, a room full of professionals. And the subject of AI came up. So they went around the room, what are you using it for? And almost everyone said the exact same thing. I use it to rewrite my emails. That was it. That was the whole conversation. Nobody mentioned social media. Nobody mentioned planning. Nobody mentioned content, or research, or actually building something. The most powerful tool that has ever landed in our hands, and a room full of pros is using it as a fancy spell-checker.

2 · the gap

A co-pilot to hand you a napkin

Let me tell you what that is like. It is like hiring a brilliant co-pilot, someone who can fly the instruments, read the weather, run the radio, take the long boring stretches off your hands, and using them to hand you a napkin. You have got a world-class crew member sitting right next to you, and you are asking them to proofread. That is not their job. Their job is to fly with you. The email rewrite is the tip of the iceberg. There is a whole mountain underneath it, and almost nobody in our industry has looked down.

3 · the frame

You stay the pilot

So let me introduce the crew member properly. In this method, your AI is your Second Mate. And here is the rule that matters most, so hear it clearly. You stay the pilot. Always. You are at the controls. You make the calls, you bring the relationships, the trust, the taste, the judgment, the you. Your Second Mate works the instruments and flies the long stretches. It is not here to replace you, it could never replace you. It is here so you are not also the bookkeeper and the copywriter and the researcher and the assistant all at once, alone, at eleven at night. You fly. It works the instruments.

4 · the split

What it will and won't do

Let's be clear about the split. Here is what your Second Mate will do. It will draft your captions and your emails. It will research a destination in seconds. It will take one trip you booked and turn it into a week of content. It will plan, organize, and handle the busywork, even the technical stuff you would never have the time or the patience to learn. And here is what it will not do. It will not be you. It will not feel the room. It will not hold the relationship, or make the final call, or care about your client the way you do. AI without you is generic and forgettable. You without AI are exhausted and behind. Put them together, and you have got something most of your competition has not even imagined.

5 · the real power

What a real Second Mate does

Drop the theory. Use the systems we've actually built.

I do not want to leave this at theory, so let me show you what this actually looks like, using things we have already built for our own business.

One · custom apps

The Peace Number Calculator

Remember the calculator you used in session three? We built that, with AI. A real tool. Your Second Mate builds you things, it doesn't just write for you.
Two · guards your time

"Is it worth my time?"

A workflow that reads every email that comes in and helps answer one question, so you spend your hours on your dollar-producing activities (straight from 1.7).
Three · protects capture

The post-and-capture reminder

When we post on social, our system reminds us to put the call to action in, so a post never goes out and just collects likes (straight from 1.5).

Rewrite an email? That is not even the beginning of what this thing can do.

6 · the payoff

The real answer to Always On

And this is the real answer to the headwind we have been circling this whole free intro. Always On. The reason you can never shut it off is that all the busywork lives in your head and on your plate, and there is no one to hand it to. Now there is. Your Second Mate takes the long flights, so you stay on your one thing and still close the laptop at night. This is what finally lets you turn it off without the business falling down. You are not doing it alone anymore.

7 · the crew

Meet your AI Marketing Crew

And today is just the introduction. One Second Mate. Inside the full course, that Second Mate becomes a whole crew, each one trained for a specific job. And the very first thing you do is teach the crew your voice, so none of it sounds like a robot.

We go deep on every one of them in the class. That is where your business goes from one tired person doing everything to a captain with a full crew.

8 · the journey

Look how far you've come

Now look back at where we started. Eight sessions ago you were on the income rollercoaster, busy then broke, not sure where the next booking was coming from. Look at what you have now. You named the problem. You found your niche, your north. You put a real number on the life you want. You saw the whole system on one page. You learned the most important move in the business, why you capture, and what your Manifest is. You picked your one or two routes. You made the decision to run this like a business and spend your hours where the dollars are. And now you have got a Second Mate. You have your map, your number, your routes, and your crew. That is not nothing. That is the foundation of a real business.

9 · the work

Your first Second Mate task

So here is your last assignment of the free intro, and it is a simple one. Name one task, just one, that you are going to hand to your Second Mate this week. The thing you dread, the thing that eats your time. And then write the first prompt you are going to try. Do not overthink it. Just start the conversation.

10 · the door

The class is waiting

Close the free intro. Warm, proud, open door.

That is the free intro. And I mean it when I say I am proud of you for getting all the way here, because most people never do. You came in feeling the chaos, and you are leaving with a map. But here is the honest part, because honesty is our whole deal. You can see the iceberg now. Seeing it and having it are two different things. You have seen what a real Second Mate can do, and you do not have one yet. Your prompts are not written. Your crew is not built. Building all of that alone, system by system, prompt by prompt, is a year of work, and knowing is not doing. You will get pieces of it wrong. You do not have to. That is what the class is. Everything up to now has been the why and the what. The full course is the how, where we actually build it together, route by route, system by system, with the whole crew. We don't hand you a course. We build your business with you. The map got you ready. The class is where you fly. When you are ready, the door is open, and we will be on the other side of it. I will see you in there.
